O'Keeffe & Associates is a strategic
consultancy specialising in firm and value chain level strategies.
Our approach is based on the seemingly obvious but powerful
research results which noted that firm level effects are about
5 times more important that industry characteristics on firm
performance. The secret to success lies within the firm - and
inevitably in the intangible assets or capabilities that are
difficult for competitors to copy.
Headed
by Michael O'Keeffe, we take pride in our ability to deliver practical
recommendations and strategic insights based on rigorous research.
Over the past decade we have developed a rich network of leading
thinkers in strategy, value chains, relationships and marketing.
- and we build our own tools based on the latest research. The consulting
work is supported by a range of integrated tools that diagnose the
strength of the relationships along the chain and new value creation
opportunities.
